On Monday, November 14th, Caprine Supply's new web site officially went online! The website address (URL) hasn't changed:  www.caprinesupply.com.

We think you will really like the new pictures throughout the site and also the ease of browsing and shopping.

Because of security issues, we have been unable to import all of our customer data from our old web site. And we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause. We need to maintain the highest levels of security, and this is the only way we could ensure the integrity and security of our data.

The first time you shop on our new site, you will be able to browse and select products as usual. When you come to checkout, you will be asked the following:

• Do you wish to log in (meaning you already are a Caprine Supply web customer),
• Do you wish to shop as a guest (you will not have the account advantages of a registered customer),
• Or do you wish to register as a Caprine Supply new web customer.

If you are a returning customer, you can log in with your email address. Since we cannot bring passwords over from our old site to our new site, you will need to click the "Forgot your password?" link below the login form and enter your email address.  You should immediately receive an email with a new password. To change this password to one of your choice, log in with your new password, go to "My Account," and then click on "Account Information," where you will be able to change your password.

New customers or customers who wish to purchase as guests will need to fill in billing and shipping information before they can complete their purchase at checkout.
