We have both animal and vegetable liquid rennet. Choose from 2 oz., 8 oz., or 16 oz. bottles.
A favorite for both beginner and advanced cheese makers, our liquid rennet is of high quality and mixes easily in milk. Animal rennet is single strength and vegetable rennet is double strength. 1 tsp animal rennet will set approximately 4 gallons of milk, while 1 tsp vegetable rennet will set approximately 8 gallons of milk. Choose from 2 oz., 8 oz., or 16 oz. bottles.
