Forget Your Password?
Each time you log on to our site for security purposes, you will need to provide your password. Then use this new password to log in to our site. Site Problems?
Most problems customers encounter using our site come from using older computers, operating systems, or browsers. Older equipment, operating systems, and browsers may experience problems with our state-of-the-art order processing system. If you encounter a problem placing an order, please do the following:

Computer platform (Windows, Macintosh, other - specify)
Operating System, including version, if you know if (for example, Windows XP or Vista)
Brower used, including version (Internet Explorer 6,
Error message received when you try to send order. To do this, highlight the error message and use Control C to copy. Then go to your e-mail to us and use Control V to paste the error message into your note.

For a printed catalog, call us toll-free at 1-800-646-7736 or use our Contact Us link to request a catalog. If you have ordered from Caprine Supply in the last three years, you will automatically receive a printed catalog when the new one comes out in January.
